Located north of Polk City and I-4 in an area of acreage homesites and large cattle operations. Groveland, in Lake County and the Four Corners area of Polk County are not far away. The site is well suited to a private acreage home site. The south 3 acres and the north 2 acres are high and dry. The middle 3 acres are considered wetlands. Polk County has confirmed that although the Land Use requires a minimum of 20 acres, the subject is considered a lot of record and a home could be built on the property. Wetlands setbacks still apply.
