Here's the problem... Freshly painted homes with updated kitchens, updated baths, a newer roof and A/C, a 7,000+ sq. ft. lot, NO HOA, and an established neighborhood usually don't stay a secret, especially when most big-ticket items have been addressed: (plumbing drainage, water lines, etc.) So, what's the catch? There isn't one.
